Building knowledge and good understanding of the feet and the alignment required for point along with strengthening the muscles in the feet ankles legs and gluts. this class will develop skills to progress on to point by teaching safe dance practice to our dancers, anatomy of the foot and how to strengthen, elongate and condition students own body and legs in the run up to point work. this class is invaluable for any aspiring ballerina.
